The Bar of Ireland Collections Office was introduced to assist members who are experiencing difficulty collecting fees from solicitors. The Bar of Ireland Collections Office is an additional service which follows a structured collections procedure including, but not limited to, the escalation of a case to the Law Society Regulations Department which enhances a service previously provided from the Bar Council Director's Office.
